A lifelong resident of Vermilion and Champaign Counties, Scott brings vast experience in real estate transactions and financing to Iroquois Federal as both a licensed real estate managing broker and a former private practice real estate attorney. Additionally, Scott continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member in the Finance Department of the University of Illinois College of Business where he teaches real estate courses.
